It’s fall marathon season! Don’t forget to use Pure Fuel in your training and on race day.
Here’s my experience: On my last 20-mile training run, I took 3 pure fuel packets (every 45-60 min) and alternated water and an electrolyte drink for hydration. Because of this, the run was much better than expected!

The Twin Cities Marathon is known as the most beautiful urban marathon in America! It’s coming up really fast, October 4th through the 6th. The weekend will be packed with exciting races. Look for Anderson’s PURE FUEL at the Marathon Expo on Friday, Oct. 4th and Saturday, Oct. 5th.
