I love the smells and the warmth of baking. It seems like it warms and nourishes the soul. The only problem is I can only eat so many baked goods at a time. Here is an easy way to get your baking fix and have a great snack to take with you.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Almonds
- 1/2 Cup Raw pecan Halves
- 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Chips
- 1/4 Cup Pepitas
- 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 Cup M&Ms
- 1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300F
- In a medium Bowl, Mix the Almonds, Pecans, Coconut Chips, Pepitas, Maple Syrup, and Salt. Stir Evenly to coat
- Spread the mix onto a Lined Baking sheet
- Bake for 20 Minutes Remove from Oven and let cool
- Transfer to a clean Bowl add M&Ms and Dried Cranberries
- Store in an airtight container
